Party General Branch of Zangge Potash Fertilizer’s Lake Area Launches “Show Party Emblem, Show Identity, Show Commitment” Campaign

During the study of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, the Party General Branch in the Lake Area continued to deepen the “Party Building + Production” model by establishing Party member vanguard posts and improving work assessment and evaluation mechanisms, promoting routine safety production work. To ensure the safe and stable operation of production systems during specialized network maintenance and to solidly implement flood prevention measures during the flood season, on May 16, the Party General Branch of Zangge Potash Fertilizer in the Lake Area launched the “Show Party Emblem, Show Identity, Show Commitment” campaign, building a comprehensive safety production defense through the leadership of Party key members and collaboration with technical backbones.

During the specialized network maintenance, Xiao Bing, member of the Zangge Potash Fertilizer Party Committee and Secretary of the Lake Area Party General Branch, led Party cadres to conduct on-site inspections of core production areas. They visited key locations including the Saltfield Pump Station, production workshops, key flood control areas of Nan Hobson Lake, and the Tuanjie Lake flood dam to verify the implementation of safety production measures.

During the on-site inspection, Xiao Bing put forward the following work requirements: First, give high priority to flood prevention work during the flood season. Flood safety is of utmost importance, requiring constant vigilance, and all employees must adopt the attitude of “it’s better to prepare excessively than to risk a single lapse” to fully implement flood prevention measures. Second, take proactive responsibility, with Party leaders leading the way in completing all flood prevention tasks and solving practical problems to ensure measures are effectively implemented. Third, actively engage in open-door education, with Party leaders going deep into grassroots levels to widely understand employee needs and promote service improvement through work style enhancements.
