ZGM Conducts Training on Patent Mining and Protection

In order to further strengthen technological innovation and market competitiveness, strengthen the mining and protection of intellectual property rights, and improve the attention of employees to independent intellectual property rights, on the morning of June 20, the Company held a training session on Patent Mining and Protection in the multimedia classroom of the Salt Lake Office Building. The Company invited experts from Qinghai Patent Service Center Co., Ltd. to give lectures, and employees from the Production Management Department, Utilities Department, Engineering Management Department, Technology Research and Development Department and other relevant departments participated the training session.

The training includes basic knowledge of intellectual property rights, patent mining skills, technical disclosure points and patent application process, with the purpose to help employees fully understand the importance and methods of patent mining through practical cases. The in-depth explanation and on-site guidance of experts have enhanced the technology innovation ability of employees, and also improved everyone’s awareness and attention to independent intellectual property rights.

After the training, the experts also went to the production workshops to discuss the patent mining points on the production line with technicians and workshop directors, providing valuable on-site guidance for employees. This move has consolidated employees’ understanding of patent mining methods, and created a positive intellectual property protection atmosphere for the Company.

After this training, the Company will further promote the patent mining work, actively increase the number of intellectual property innovation achievements, and enhance the intellectual property awareness of all employees. In the future, we will continue to strengthen patent mining and protection, continuously improve the Company’s core competitiveness and market position, and inject new impetus into the Company’s continuous innovation and development.
