The Company Organizes Relevant Practitioners to Participate in the Securities Violation Warning Education Exhibition

On the afternoon of June 27, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Participating in Securities Violation Warning Education Exhibition in Geermu City Haixi Prefecture issued by Qinghai Securities Association, ZGM organized more than 20 employees and cadres from the Board Office, the General Manager’s Office, the Legal Affairs Department, the Finance Department, the Internal Control Department, and the Audit Department to visit the securities violation warning education exhibition jointly organized by Qinghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, Qinghai Securities Association, Geermu Financial Work Office, and Galaxy Securities Geermu Kunlun South Road Securities Business Department, and held at the China Galaxy Securities Geermu Kunlun South Road Securities Business Department.

Each of the three leaders of the Qinghai Capital Market Youth Volunteer Service Team respectively explained a total of 25 cases in 11 sectors, including financial fraud, information disclosure, non-operational occupation of listed companies’ funds, insider trading, market manipulation, investor appropriateness, OTC capital allocation, anti-money laundering, and Internet fraud, and reminded them of the risks related to illegal stock recommendation.

During the visit, the employees and cadres listened carefully to the on-site explanation, and their understanding of financial fraud, securities misrepresentation, non-business occupation of listed companies’ funds, insider trading and other securities violations have been further enhanced. The negative cases exhibited in the hall have further strengthened the legal awareness of relevant practitioners to respect the market, mind the risks and keep the bottom line.
