Advancing Resource Sharing and Coordinated Development Through Community Partnership
In 2025, Zangge Mining continued to advance community co-building initiatives around local public services and livelihood support. The Company signed a Co-Residence and Co-Building Agreement with Tiexi Community of Huanghe Road Subdistrict, and, leveraging the Party building co-construction mechanism, organized monthly activities such as Party lecture sessions, environmental improvement initiatives, red education, and national defense education, thereby promoting resource sharing and coordinated development.
At the same time, taking into account local development needs, the Company made a public welfare donation of RMB 500,000 to the 2025 Naadam Festival of Haixi Prefecture, specifically supporting the organization of public activities and related supporting work. Through concrete action, the Company continued to serve local public affairs and community development.
Health Public Welfare Action
Responding to Health Needs with Care and Public Welfare Action
In 2025, Zangge Mining continued to pay attention to the health needs of vulnerable groups. The Company made a designated public welfare donation of RMB 200,000 to the Beijing Children’s Health Foundation to specifically support the implementation of a public welfare diagnosis and treatment program for children with burns. Focusing on the health needs of children in areas with relatively limited medical resources, the program is coordinated and implemented by the Foundation. The Company’s donation will be used to support local public welfare diagnosis and treatment services for children with burns and related expenses, providing practical support for children’s health protection.
At the same time, the Company actively participated in public health promotion and health education activities, continuously expanding the depth of its health-related public welfare practices.
“Yixing Hongguang” Program
Promoting rural education development
Since the launch of the “Yixing Hongguang” public welfare program in 2023, Zangge Mining has focused on education by funding students across all stages—from kindergarten to university—in impoverished rural areas. The company also helps improve school facilities and organizes public welfare activities, such as environmental-themed kindergarten events and research grants. Programs have been implemented in Huangnan Prefecture, Ge’ermu City, Tianjun County (Qinghai), and Yuxi City (Yunnan), continuing to promote rural education development.
Rural Revitalization
Actively supporting the national rural revitalization strategy
Zangge Mining actively responds to the national Rural Revitalization Strategy by engaging in paired assistance programs, providing donations and material support, and supporting rural education. These efforts contribute to consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and facilitating sustainable rural development. In 2024, the company funded the construction of the “Xinhua Village Happiness Mutual Aid Center” cafeteria, offering a comfortable dining space for left-behind children and the elderly. Additionally, Zangge Mining donated RMB 200,000 to support infrastructure development in Chana Village. These funds facilitated the “Qihong Station” project, fostering local economic innovation, diversifying income sources, and creating sustainable livelihoods for the community.
Overseas Responsibility

In advancing its overseas business, Zangge Mining has consistently complied with local laws and regulations as well as internationally recognized standards. The Company places importance on protecting the rights and interests of local residents and maintaining community communication. It regularly communicates and collaborates with local governments, communities, and relevant stakeholders, prioritizes local employment and local talent development, and continues to support improvements in local infrastructure and livelihoods.
In 2025, in connection with the development of its Laos project, the Company maintained frequent communication with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Laos, the Vientiane People’s Council, and relevant government departments. It reported project progress in a timely manner and supported local authorities in conducting research and coordination work. These efforts provided solid support for the lawful, compliant, and orderly advancement of the project, while further deepening the Company’s responsible overseas practices.
Community Education
Supporting Shared Community Growth Through Educational Care

In 2025, Zangge Mining continued to deepen its cooperation with Golmud Special Education School. Focusing on academic tutoring, interest development, psychological counseling, and social practice, the Company carried out regular volunteer services. A total of seven volunteer service sessions were organized, with more than 60 employee participations.
Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Company also organized Party member volunteers to visit the school and carry out a care activity titled “Bringing Warmth to the Mid-Autumn Festival and Walking Together with Love,” extending festive greetings and warm care to teachers and students. After the activity, the volunteer team, accompanied by school representatives, visited the teaching facilities, learned about students’ study and daily life, and expressed respect to frontline workers in special education. Through these efforts, the Company continued to support the development of special education and put community-based educational care into practice.
