On January 7 at 9:05 a.m., a magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet, causing significant casualties and extensive building collapses. The disaster drew nationwide concern. Following the earthquake, Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. immediately activated its emergency response mechanism and took rapid action, proactively donating CNY 5 million through the Qinghai Red Cross Society to support emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction.

As a mining company based on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau for over 20 years, Zangge Mining understands the challenges of disaster relief in high-altitude areas. The company stated that it will continue to closely monitor reconstruction progress and actively participate in post-disaster rebuilding, demonstrating corporate social responsibility and compassion through concrete actions, and contributing sustained support to the long-term development of the affected areas.

At the “2024 Global Procurement and Corporate Overseas Expansion Forum” hosted by the China United Nations Procurement Promotion Association in Beijing, Zangge Mining was awarded the “2024 China Manufacturing Listed Company Five-Star CSR Gold Award.”
