Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce Conducts Special Research Visit to the Company

On April 17, Chen Guangjun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a research team of eight from provincial and municipal federations to visit the company for a special investigation on “Rural Revitalization.” Wang Jubao, Party Secretary of Zangge Potash, Lin Juan, Vice Chairperson of the Potash Union, and other relevant business leaders attended the discussion.

During the meeting, Party Secretary Wang Jubao provided a systematic overview of Zangge Mining’s development journey and operations across its three core business segments: potassium, lithium, and copper. He emphasized the company’s innovative practices in ESG system development and social initiatives such as the “Hundred Enterprises to Support Hundred Villages” program. As a leading domestic producer of potassium chloride, Zangge Mining adheres to the philosophy of “the enterprise is for the people, relies on the people, and serves the people,” integrating business operations with social responsibility. Through industrial support, employment assistance, and charitable contributions, the company continuously gives back to society, creating a virtuous cycle of economic and social benefits.

Vice Chairman Chen Guangjun highly praised the company’s achievements in private economic development and social responsibility. He noted that, as a benchmark private enterprise in Qinghai Province, the company should continue to serve as a model for “enriching others as you prosper”, focusing on rural revitalization and deepening the implementation of the “Hundred Enterprises to Support Hundred Villages” initiative. He recommended establishing standardized management systems for project planning, fund utilization, and outcome evaluation, emphasizing careful attention to implementation details and proper documentation, thereby promoting the standardized and sustainable development of social initiatives. He further stressed that companies should leverage their industry advantages and cultivate sustainable support capacity through technological and business model innovations, contributing greater “Zangge power” to rural revitalization in the new era.
