Zangge Potash Fertilizer Successfully Concludes 2026 First-Half Talent Program Training for Young Backbone Employees
To build a high-quality team of young talent and support the high-quality development of the salt lake industry, Zangge Potash Fertilizer has been steadily advancing its talent development efforts. On June 23, the 2026 first-half Talent Program specialized training for young backbone employees of Zangge Potash Fertilizer was successfully completed. As a core annual talent development initiative, the training focused on building a full-chain development system for young backbone employees, further consolidating the talent foundation for the high-quality development of the salt lake industry and achieving notable results.

The training was closely aligned with the Company’s production, operation, and long-term development needs. It systematically established an integrated curriculum covering three major modules: management thinking, digital technologies, and salt lake expertise. The program brought together a multi-dimensional faculty team consisting of external industry experts, specialists from research institutes, and internal senior executives, covering frontier theories, digital transformation, core salt lake technologies, and local management practices.
The training adopted diverse teaching methods, including classroom instruction, group discussions, and case-based interaction. Participants engaged deeply in the program and actively shared work challenges and learning reflections. The training effectively helped them break through fixed ways of thinking in their positions, achieving the dual objectives of broadening their perspectives and strengthening their professional foundations.

Zangge Potash Fertilizer is actively building a full-cycle, long-term development mechanism integrating centralized training, post-training implementation, and continuous cultivation. The Company has clarified two core tasks for participants: first, to apply the management, digital, and professional knowledge they have learned to frontline work and use learning outcomes to address business challenges; and second, to maintain long-term self-directed learning and continuously improve their overall capabilities.
The Human Resources Department of Zangge Potash Fertilizer will continue to track participants’ practical application of training outcomes and regularly organize review seminars, exchanges with senior executives, and advanced thematic training. These efforts will implement the training requirements set by the Chairman of Zangge Potash Fertilizer on “becoming effective managers,” and help build a team of versatile backbone employees with management, digital, and professional capabilities.
