Zangge Potash Advances Work Resumption with Comprehensive Safety Measures

To ensure a stable start to production and operations after the Spring Festival, Zangge Potash adhered to the principle of “safety first, prevention as the priority, and comprehensive management,” and promptly implemented a series of measures. Beginning on March 5, the Company carried out safety training, safety hazard inspections, special coordination meetings, and emergency drills to strengthen post-holiday safety management, reinforce workplace safety controls, and provide a solid foundation for the resumption of work and production.

Refocusing efforts and deploying work resumption. On March 6, the Company held a post-holiday meeting and a special meeting on safety management for the resumption of work and production. The Company’s principal leaders, heads of departments, and safety management personnel attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the duty arrangements during the Spring Festival holiday, analyzed the current safety situation, and mobilized and arranged various tasks related to the resumption of work and production. The meeting called on all employees to quickly readjust to their work responsibilities, ensure full attendance and engagement in their roles, clarify safety responsibility lists for each department and position, and approach their work with a rigorous and responsible attitude.

Strengthening the foundation through enhanced training. Focusing on the safety risk characteristics during the work resumption stage, the Company organized specialized safety training. The training incorporated typical accident cases and focused on topics such as the implementation of safety responsibilities, prevention of violations of safety rules and procedures, safety standards for key operational processes, and key points for safety inspections during work resumption. These efforts further reinforced employees’ safety awareness and improved their ability to identify and prevent risks, laying a solid safety foundation for the resumption of work and production.

Comprehensive inspections to eliminate potential hazards. Adhering to the principle of “prevention first and comprehensive coverage,” the Company organized special safety inspections in key areas such as production workshops, oil storage facilities, and warehouses. Through on-site inspections, the Company strengthened the implementation of primary safety responsibilities and established a dynamic mechanism for identifying and rectifying potential hazards, ensuring timely rectification and closed-loop management. These measures aim to prevent violations of safety rules and procedures and strictly uphold workplace safety standards.

Practical drills to enhance response capabilities. Based on actual operational conditions, various departments organized specialized emergency drills for scenarios such as mechanical injury response and accidents involving special equipment. By simulating real-life situations and standardizing response procedures, the drills effectively tested the practicality of emergency response plans, improved coordinated response and emergency handling capabilities, and strengthened employees’ safety awareness and ability to respond to unexpected incidents.

Through the implementation of a series of safety measures for the resumption of work and production, the Company has further strengthened the foundation of workplace safety management. Going forward, Zangge Potash will continue to enhance its safety management practices, improve long-term mechanisms, and promote the normalization and institutionalization of safety management, providing strong support for the high-quality development of the Group.
