Zangge Mining Conducts Series of Trainings on New Mining Regulations

Since the beginning of this year, relevant national ministries and commissions have successively issued a series of new mining regulations, including the “Notice on the Issuance of the Measures for the Collection of Mining Rights Transfer Revenue” jointly by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources, and State Taxation Administration, the “Notice on Further Improving the Registration and Management of Mineral Resources Exploration and Development” by the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the “Opinions on Several Matters Concerning the Deepening of Mineral Resources Management Reform” by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

As a professional mining company focusing on the investment and development of national strategic minerals (potassium and lithium), these new regulations have certain implications for our company’s operations and strategic planning. To better understand the new regulations and promote lawful and compliant management, on November 7, the company invited Lu Xiaowu, partner of Qinghai Shuren Law Firm and legal expert in the mining sector, to conduct a series of trainings on “New Mining Regulations.”

Leaders and relevant personnel from Zangge Mining Co., Ltd., Golmud Zangge Potash Co., Ltd., Golmud Zangge Lithium Co., Ltd., Mangya Zangge Resource Development Co., Ltd., and Golmud Zangge Jiajin Industrial Co., Ltd., as well as heads of the R&D, Finance, Production Management, General Manager’s Office, and Legal Affairs departments attended the training.

Lawyer Lu Xiaowu analyzed the three aforementioned regulations by comparing the differences between old and new provisions, deeply examining the background, significance, and impact of the policy adjustments, and explaining the new content in detail. During the training, he addressed participants’ questions thoroughly and engaged in in-depth discussions, fully considering the company’s actual circumstances.

This training on new mining regulations provided company personnel with a deeper understanding of the policies and offered strong support for enhancing the company’s lawful and compliant operations.
