Golmud Zangge Potash Launches 2024 “Safety Production Month” Knowledge Contest

To strengthen the concept of safety development, foster the atmosphere of “Safety Production Month,” vigorously promote the principle of “Safety First, Life Supreme,” enhance employees’ safety awareness, and improve safety management and emergency response capabilities, the Company’s Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized a Safety Production Knowledge Contest on June 28 in the lake area under the theme: “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Keep Life Channels Clear.” A total of 12 teams from various company departments participated in the contest.

The contest was divided into three segments: individual compulsory questions, team quick-response questions, and risk questions. There was also an audience answering segment. The questions covered multiple aspects of safety knowledge, including safety production laws and regulations, emergency measures at accident scenes, fire safety, and special operations. The contest tested the participants’ proficiency in safety knowledge through competitive evaluation.

At the contest site, participants showed high enthusiasm, full confidence, calm responses, and accurate answers, fully demonstrating a solid foundation in safety production knowledge. The event was intense and lively, truly promoting learning through competition and practice through learning, allowing everyone to gain a deeper understanding of safety production knowledge.

In the end, the Party and Mass Culture Department team won the first prize, the Transportation Department team and Technical R&D Department team won the second prize, and the Administration team, Production Management Department 8th Workshop team, and Production Management Department Mining Workshop team won the third prize.

The implementation of this Safety Production Knowledge Contest further strengthened employees’ sense of safety responsibility and self-protection abilities, educating and guiding all employees to accurately and comprehensively master safety production knowledge, truly internalizing and integrating it into practice, thereby ensuring that safety production work is deeply and effectively implemented.
