Zangge Mining (Laos) Development Co., Ltd. and the Department of Mines Hold New Year Football Friendly Match

To welcome the arrival of 2025 and strengthen friendly relations with the local government in Laos, Zangge Mining (Laos) Development Co., Ltd. and the Department of Mines of the Ministry of Energy and Mines jointly organized a football friendly match on December 20, 2024, under the theme “Celebrating National Day and Welcoming the New Year,” aiming to deepen cooperation and accelerate cultural integration.

Before the match, Mr. Yan Yong, Deputy General Manager of Zangge Mining (Laos) Development Co., Ltd., presented a flower basket and customized jerseys to Mr. Bu Yong Sidang, Director of the Department of Mines. Following this warm exchange, the match officially kicked off.

During the 90-minute game, players from both sides displayed great passion and high energy, demonstrating excellent athletic skills and strong teamwork. On the field, the players gave their all, delivering an exciting spectacle for the audience; on the sidelines, cheers and applause resounded throughout. After a fierce contest, the match ended in a friendly 8–8 draw, fully embodying the principle of “friendship first, competition second.” After the game, to further promote communication and cooperation, the company specially invited the Department of Mines’ leaders and players to a joint meal, strengthening mutual friendship.

This New Year football friendly match not only showcased the company’s commitment to actively integrating into local culture and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility but also highlighted the solid friendship and cooperation between the company and the Department of Mines.
