Zangge Mining 2024 Annual Celebration Successfully Concludes

As the auspicious dragon looks back at the departing year and the golden snake dances in to welcome the new year, on January 16, Zangge Mining Co., Ltd. held its 2024 annual celebration grandly in both Chengdu and Golmud. The event, themed “Set Out at Dawn, Advance with Determination, Unite Hearts and Efforts, Progress Together,” brought together all employees to share a festive gathering, reflect on past achievements, and envision a promising future. The celebration not only reviewed and summarized the company’s accomplishments over the past year but also looked forward to future development and aspirations.

At the Chengdu venue, Mr. Xiao Yao, Vice Chairman and President of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd., delivered a passionate opening speech, extending warm welcomes and sincere blessings to all guests and employees present. In his speech, President Xiao reviewed the company’s development trajectory since its founding, especially its series of achievements since its successful listing in 2016, and outlined the company’s future prospects. He specifically mentioned the upcoming integration of Zijin Mining and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

President Xiao encouraged all Zangge employees to continue upholding the service philosophy of “customer first, quality and credibility foremost,” working with greater enthusiasm and professionalism to promote the group’s sustained and healthy development, and strive to create more value for society. At the Golmud venue, Mr. Zhang Shengshun, Vice President of Zangge Mining Co., Ltd., delivered the opening speech. Vice President Zhang expressed heartfelt thanks to all employees for their hard work over the past year and provided a comprehensive review of the company’s remarkable achievements, emphasizing that these results were the product of the dedication and efforts of all staff.

During the interactive games and lucky draw, the company prepared generous prizes for employees, ranging from practical home appliances to luxury travel funds, repeatedly bringing the celebration to its peak.

Amid laughter and applause, the atmosphere was warm and joyous, and every bit of happiness resonated with all participants. Ultimately, Wang Xinchun from the Logistics Department and Wang Yanli from the Staff Dormitory Cleaning Team won the grand prize—a 7-day Maldives travel fund for two.
