ZGM Supports the Earthquake-stricken areas in Gansu and Qinghai with RMB 5.6 million in Cash and Supplies

At 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2023, a magnitude 6.2 earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province, involving many places in Haidong City, Qinghai Province, and many places in the two provinces were seriously affected.

After the earthquake, ZGM urgently activated the disaster relief plan to understood the disaster situation in the disaster area as soon as possible, and provide support according to the actual needs of the disaster area.

On December 19, the Company urgently sent two employees to Lanzhou to contact the Red Cross Society of Lanzhou City to purchase RMB 300,000 of relief materials such as quilts, cotton coats, electric blankets and food to be sent to the disaster area of Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province. At the same time, the Company urgently purchased RMB 300,000 of disaster relief materials from Geermu and sent them to the disaster area of Minhe County, Qinghai Province overnight, and donated RMB 5 million of special funds to the Red Cross Society of Qinghai Province for earthquake relief. All supplies were delivered to the hardest-hit areas on December 21.

This highlights our corporate responsibility with our negligible force. We will continue to pay attention to the progress of disaster relief, and work with the people in the affected areas to overcome the difficulties.
