Zangge Mining Party Committee Marks July 1 with Themed Activities to Support High-Quality Development of the Salt Lake Industry

       The year 2026 marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. To thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the 14th Party Congress of Qinghai Province, and to promote the effective implementation of learning and education on establishing and practicing a sound view of performance as well as regular Party discipline learning and education, Zangge Mining’s Party Committee focused on the theme of “carrying forward the red heritage to strengthen Party spirit, and empowering enterprise development through Party building.”

       Through coordinated planning and tiered implementation, the Party Committee carried out an integrated series of themed activities to celebrate July 1, including integrity education study visits, thematic Party lectures, screenings of red classic films, volunteer services through co-building initiatives, recognition of outstanding Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations, visits to employees in need, and a collective oath-taking ceremony for probationary Party members.

       These activities guided all Party members to carry forward the red heritage, strengthen the line of defense for integrity, and build collective momentum for progress, while promoting the deep integration and coordinated advancement of Party building with production and operations.

       I. Integrity Education Study Visit Sounding the Alarm and Aligning a Sound View of Performance with Concrete Action

       On the afternoon of June 18, the Company’s Party Committee organized 40 Party members and active applicants for Party membership to visit the Golmud Anti-Corruption and Integrity Warning Education Base for an on-site study activity. Through local cases involving violations of discipline and law, documentary videos, confession materials, and other resources, participants received immersive warning education and reviewed the oath of joining the Party on site.​
       The activity focused closely on risk points in key areas such as project management, materials procurement, and production safety. It urged Party members and officials to strictly observe disciplinary boundaries, firmly establish a sound view of performance, and further strengthen their ideological defenses against corruption and misconduct.

       II. Strengthening Theory Through Thematic Party Lectures and Strictly Advancing Party Member Development

       On June 25, the Company’s Party Committee held a thematic Party lecture on “establishing and practicing a sound view of performance” at the office building in the production area of Zangge Potash Fertilizer. The event also included centralized training for active applicants for Party membership and a closed-book completion test. More than 120 Party members and active applicants for Party membership participated.​
       The Party lecture focused on the core meaning of a sound view of performance and provided case-based disciplinary education in connection with the Company’s practical work in areas such as stable production and supply, ecological protection, and technology research and development. The training for active applicants systematically covered the Party Constitution and standards for Party member development, while the closed-book assessment helped strictly control the “entry gate” for Party member development.

       III. Reviewing the Revolutionary Journey Through Red Film Screenings and Carrying Forward the Spirit of the Long March

       The Company’s Party Committee organized Party members, active applicants for Party membership, and young backbone employees in batches to watch the red film The Crossing of the Chishui River Four Times. On June 26, the Branch Party Committee organized the first screening. On June 27, more than 50 participants from various Party branches attended a centralized screening. A third session will be held on July 4, achieving full coverage of learning and education.​
       Each screening was accompanied by discussion and exchange sessions, guiding all participants to gain a deeper understanding of the spirit of the Long March and translate this red strength into practical motivation for overcoming challenges in their positions, maintaining stable production, and improving efficiency.

       IV. Practicing the Original Aspiration Through Party Building Co-Construction and Demonstrating Responsibility Through Warmhearted Service

       Relying on the “rotating secretary” platform of the Tiexi Community Joint Party Committee, the Company’s Party Committee joined hands with nine co-construction organizations in the jurisdiction on June 26 to carry out a themed volunteer service activity titled “Caring for Children with Special Needs and Exploring the Dreamlike Salt Lake.” Volunteers provided one-on-one support for students from the special education school during a study visit to the Qarhan Salt Lake, and also held an outdoor graduation ceremony. Through Party building co-construction, the activity empowered public welfare services, effectively fulfilled corporate social responsibility, and demonstrated Zangge’s care and warmth.

       V. Building Cohesion Through Recognition and Oath-Taking, and Embarking on a New Journey with Renewed Commitment

       On the afternoon of July 2, the Company’s Party Committee held a meeting to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, recognize outstanding Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations, and organize a collective oath-taking ceremony for probationary Party members. The meeting also included visits and support for Party members and employees in need.​
       Presided over by Cui Pengfei, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, the meeting completed various agenda items, including singing the national anthem, reading the recognition decision, presenting awards, speeches by representatives, providing support to employees in need, and the collective oath-taking ceremony. The meeting recognized outstanding CPC members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations, and distributed care funds to Party members and employees in need. Through the exemplary role of advanced individuals and organizations, it encouraged all Party members to stay rooted in the frontline of salt lake operations, take concrete action, and fulfill their responsibilities.​
       This series of activities covered all Party members, active applicants for Party membership, and young backbone employees. Integrating theoretical learning, integrity warning education, red education, public welfare practice, and role model inspiration, the activities promoted the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, ensuring that both advanced in parallel and reinforced each other. Going forward, Zangge Mining’s Party Committee will continue to consolidate the outcomes of these activities, carry out Party discipline learning and education as well as education on a sound view of performance on a regular basis, and continuously innovate Party building approaches. It will further promote the deep integration of Party building with salt lake resource development, ecological protection, and industrial upgrading, inspiring all officials and employees to stay true to their original aspiration and shoulder their mission. With solid performance, the Company will mark the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and continue to contribute Zangge’s strength to Qinghai Province’s efforts to build an ecological civilization highland and develop the “Four Industrial Bases.”
