Zangge Potash Party Committee and Supervision and Audit Office Jointly Conduct Second-Quarter Warning Education Activity
To implement the work requirements of the Group Company Party Committee on establishing and practicing a sound view of performance, and to promote the regular and long-term implementation of warning education, on May 27, the Party Committee of Zangge Potash, together with the Supervision and Audit Department of Zangge Potash, organized a second-quarter warning education briefing in the audio-visual classroom of the western office building in the lake area.
More than 120 participants from the Company’s Party branches, Communist Youth League branches, and various departments attended the activity.
The briefing focused on the theme of learning and education on establishing and practicing a sound view of performance. It analyzed typical cases involving Zhao Wencai and Li Delin, who violated Party discipline and laws, and examined the underlying issues reflected in these cases, including weakened ideals and convictions, insufficient disciplinary awareness, lax work conduct, and inadequate oversight of power. The activity also included a briefing on the core provisions of the Company’s Regulations on Integrity in Professional Conduct. Through case-based disciplinary education and rules-based guidance, the session clearly defined the bottom lines for duty performance and reinforced disciplinary boundaries, guiding participants to maintain respect for rules, remain vigilant, and uphold compliance requirements.
The activity also included safety warning education. Participants collectively studied the lessons from the particularly serious “May 22” gas explosion accident in Qinyuan, Shanxi Province. Drawing on the case, the session highlighted the importance of production safety and further reinforced the core principle that safety is a bottom line for political responsibility and people’s well-being, encouraging all employees to strengthen their awareness of safety risks.
At the end of the activity, all participants signed the Employee Commitment Letter on Integrity and Self-Discipline on site, reinforcing their responsibility for self-discipline through a written commitment and their acceptance of supervision. For Party members and management personnel who were unable to attend, each Party branch and department will organize follow-up briefings, arrange supplementary learning for all relevant personnel, and ensure that commitment letters are signed one by one, so that the warning education achieves full coverage and is effectively internalized.
By using cases to explain discipline and written commitments to reinforce integrity, this warning education activity integrated case-based warning education, institutional briefing, safety awareness education, and commitment fulfillment. It effectively strengthened employees’ awareness of integrity in professional conduct and safe operations, helped reinforce a sound view of performance and professional responsibility, and promoted the deeper integration of Party building with production and operations.
The Party Committee of Zangge Potash will continue to carry out warning education on a regular basis, consolidate and deepen the outcomes of the activity, and foster a working atmosphere that values integrity, upholds discipline, and observes clear boundaries, providing strong support for the Company’s high-quality development.
