Group Discipline Inspection Commission Holds Briefing on Executive Integrity Compliance and Disclosure of Close Associates
To further implement the requirements of strict Party governance and strengthen the prevention and control of integrity-related risks within the enterprise, the Group Discipline Inspection Commission convened a special briefing and training session in Golmud on April 1. The meeting focused on promoting the signing of the Integrity Compliance Commitment Letter and the implementation of the “Disclosure of Close Associates” registration mechanism.
Members of the Group Discipline Inspection Commission, Xiao Bing and Wang Zhiwen, attended and chaired the meeting. Senior executives from the Potash and Lithium companies, as well as the heads of the Supervision and Audit Department and the Human Resources Department, also participated in the session.

The meeting first arranged the signing of the Integrity Compliance Commitment Letter, with all participants completing the signing on site to ensure full coverage of commitments. The letter addresses key areas including honesty and integrity, resistance to commercial bribery, protection of company confidential information, and safeguarding the Company’s reputation. It also emphasizes strict prohibitions against falsification, improper transfer of benefits, and misuse of public funds, while reinforcing confidentiality obligations, the protection of the Company’s image, and the requirement to conduct investment activities in a lawful and compliant manner. These commitments establish clear boundaries for the conduct of senior executives in the performance of their duties.
The meeting then provided a comprehensive explanation of the regulatory basis and implementation requirements for the “Disclosure of Close Associates” registration mechanism. It was clarified that a centralized registration process will be fully launched starting in April 2026. Upon completion of the initial registration, the system will transition into a dynamic management phase. Any changes to relevant personnel information must be updated within ten working days through the registration process.
The session also highlighted the serious consequences of concealment or false reporting. A real case involving a former financial executive of a mining company who failed to disclose six close associates and improperly arranged their appointments was presented as a warning example. Participants were reminded that all close associates must be truthfully declared. Any concealment or misrepresentation will be subject to strict accountability measures, and the relevant records will be permanently retained in personnel and Party membership files.

Through targeted policy briefing and case analysis, the meeting further strengthened the management team’s awareness of discipline and integrity in professional conduct. It also reinforced policy guidance regarding the disclosure and management of close associates, helping to build a strong integrity safeguard for the Company’s sustainable and sound development while fostering a clean and transparent corporate environment.
