The Company Holds a Special Training Seminar on "Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of Corporate Compliance Systems"
To further optimize and enhance the company’s compliance management level, on August 8, 2024, the Board Office organized a training session themed “Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of Corporate Compliance Systems.” The training adopted a diversified format combining onsite and online participation, aiming to strengthen compliance awareness from the top down, enhance compliance capabilities, and ensure the company’s steady development. Lawyer Chen Litong from Dentons (Shanghai) Law Offices was invited to share best practices on how enterprises can improve compliance management. Directors, supervisors, senior executives, middle management, and compliance staff attended the training.

Lawyer Chen Litong systematically elaborated on four dimensions of compliance management: compliance system building and certification, compliance risk prevention and control, compliance culture building, and ESG information disclosure. He emphasized the importance of compliance risk management, highlighting through case studies that compliance can serve as a “golden shield” to effectively avoid legal risks and economic losses.
He also emphasized the processes and methods of building a compliance system, including identifying compliance obligations, risk assessment, establishing control measures, and cultivating a compliance culture. Building a system involves not only formulating rules but also ensuring their effective implementation and continuous supervision, thereby guaranteeing the comprehensive and efficient execution of compliance management. In addition, considering Zangge Mining’s digital transformation, Lawyer Chen discussed how to leverage digital tools for compliance risk control, offering new perspectives and approaches for corporate compliance management.

Toward the end of the training, Lawyer Chen focused on establishing a compliance performance evaluation system and compliance certification. He explored how the company could motivate employees and management to fully participate in compliance management, enhance execution, and achieve third-party certification, thereby continuously improving compliance management through ongoing enhancement.
This compliance training further deepened Zangge Mining’s management team’s understanding of compliance management. Looking ahead, the company will remain committed to strengthening its compliance system, continuously enhancing its risk management capabilities, and advancing compliance practices toward a steadier and more efficient development path.
