Recently, Mr. Qin Shizhe, Vice President of Zangge Mining and an external career development mentor at SWUFE, held a themed exchange salon with students under the topic “Accelerated Growth for Newcomers.”

Drawing from his extensive professional experience, Mr. Qin elaborated on how fresh graduates can quickly integrate and adapt to the workplace environment.
