Tibet Zangqing Fund holds 39% equity in Guoneng Mining, through which Zangge Mining indirectly holds 21.09%. Guoneng Mining owns mining rights for Longmu Co and Jiezhe Chaka Salt Lakes in Ngari, Tibet, with combined reserves of 3.9 million tons of lithium carbonate and 28 million tons of potassium chloride, ranking among the top in the world in lithium carbonate reserves. The Jiezhe Chaka Salt Lake project is planned for an annual capacity of 60,000 tons of lithium salts, including 30,000 tons of industrial-grade lithium hydroxide and 30,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate. The Longmu Co Salt Lake project is planned for an annual capacity of 70,000 tons of lithium salts.
