In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, publicize and popularize the relevant laws, regulations and policies on the protection of women's rights and interests, further improve the awareness and ability of female employees to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests according to law, and create a favorable public opinion atmosphere and environment conducive to safeguarding the legitimate rights and special interests of female employees, on April 12, 2023, the Company's Trade Union invited Pu Wenxi from Qinghai Shuren Law Firm to carry out two special legal training sessions with the theme of |Seeing Women's Power and Safeguarding Women's Rights and Interests” in the Zangge Potash Fertilizer plant and Zangge Lithium plant, respectively, which were participated by a total of 98 female employees.
Focusing on the topic of Women's Rights and Interests Protection, the training interpreted relevant laws, regulations and policies such as the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests (Revision 2022), the Civil Code on Marriage and Family, the Anti-Domestic Violence Law, and the Special Provisions on the Labor Protection of Female Employees, aiming at improving female employees’ awareness of self-protection and legal rights protection, popularizing the basic rights of women stipulated by law, and guiding female employees to face difficulties and pressures in work and life bravely by citing practical social cases, encouraging them to study law, know law, understand law, abide by law, actively explore, forge ahead and innovate, and establish a new era female image of self-improvement and advancing with the era while maintaining a good family and achieving a sound career. The training content is rich and close to the actual work, and has been unanimously recognized by the female employees attending the training.
To actively guide female employees to respect and use the law in the form of law publicity is an important starting point to safeguard the legitimate rights and special interests of female employee, and also an important measure to strengthen the care for them. By carrying out legal training, the Company has, while providing protection for female employees to safeguard their own rights and interests and enhancing their awareness of rights protection according to law, guided female employees to have self-esteem, self-love, self-reliance and self-improvement, and show their strength as a woman in the high-quality development of the Company with the image of women in the new era.
