Since the beginning of this year, the relevant ministries and commissions of the state have successively issued a series of new regulations on mining, including the Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Measures for the Collection of Income from the Transfer of Mining Rights, the Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Further Improving the Management and Registration of Mineral Resources Exploration and Development, and the Opinions of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Several Matters Concerning Deepening the Reform of Mineral Resources Management.
The Company is a professional mining company focusing on the investment and development of national strategic mineral resources (potash and lithium), and these new mining regulations will have a certain impact on the Company’s operation and management, strategic planning, etc. In order to grasp the spirit of the new regulations and better promote the Company’s legal and compliance operation, on November 7, the Company invited Lu Xiaowu, a partner of Qinghai Shuren Law Firm and a legal expert in the mining sector, to conduct a series of training on the New Regulations on Mining for the Company. Relevant leaders and heads of the Technology Research and Development Department, Finance Department, Production Management Department, General Manager’s Office, Legal Affairs Department and other relevant personnel from ZGM, ZGP, ZGL, Mangnai Zangge Resources Development Co., Ltd., and Geermu Jiajin Industry Co., Ltd. participated in the training.
