ZGM Held a Special Training Seminar on “Comprehensively Promoting the Development of Corporate Compliance System”

In order to further optimize and improve the Company’s compliance management level, on August 8, 2024, the office of the board of directors held a training on the theme of “comprehensively promoting the development of corporate compliance system.” By means of both on-site and online, this training aims to deepen compliance awareness from top to bottom, improve compliance capabilities, and ensure the steady development of the Company. Chen Litong, a lawyer from Dentons Shanghai Office, was invited to give a lecture on how enterprises should better conduct compliance management business practices. The Company’s directors, supervisors, senior executives, middle-level managers and compliance management related staff participated in the training.

Focusing on the four dimensions of compliance management, Mr. Chen Litong systematically elaborated the key points of knowledge such as compliance system development and certification, compliance risk prevention and control, compliance culture development and ESG information disclosure, and deeply discussed the importance of compliance risk management. Through the analysis of specific enterprise cases, he pointed out that compliance can become the “golden shield” of enterprises to effectively avoid legal risks and economic losses.

He also focused on the process and methods of building a compliance system, including the identification of compliance obligations, risk assessment, the formulation of control measures, and the cultivation of compliance culture. System development involves not only the formulation of the system, but also its effective implementation and continuous to ensure the full implementation and efficient operation of compliance management, he said. In addition, based on the development background of digital transformation of ZGM, he also discussed how to use digital means to prevent and control compliance risks, and put forward new ideas and paths for the Company’s compliance management.

At the end of the training, he focused on the establishment of a compliance management performance evaluation system and compliance certification, and discussed in depth how the Company can motivate employees and management to participate in compliance management, improve the execution of compliance management, and achieve third-party certification, so as to continuously improve the level of compliance management. This compliance training further deepened the understanding of compliance management of ZGM management. In the future, the Company will firmly strengthen the development of the compliance system, continuously improve its risk management capabilities, and promote its compliance management to a more stable and efficient development track.
