On-boarding and rapid growth of new employees
Aiming at accelerating the role and mentality change of new employees, helping them quickly get familiar with the Company’s environment, integrate into the corporate culture, master the core required skills, and training them to become the future backbone of the Company with excellent professional quality, teamwork ability and sustainable potential, Zangge Group held a three-day induction training from August 14 to 16, 2024.
The training included, among others, a mentor meeting, theoretical training, and production workshop visit, which was designed to help the graduates quickly understand the Company’s business, integrate into the teams, and lay a solid foundation for future work.
Mentor meetingAt the beginning of the training, Mr. Qin Shizhe, Vice President of ZGM delivered a speech. He shared the hardships and challenges of the mining industry, encouraged graduates to strive hard, pay attention to teamwork, and attach importance to establishing a solid relationship with all parties. He told them to remain calm and far-sighted in the face of industry ups and downs, focus on long-termism, and keep a slow and steady way of working. He pointed out that setbacks were the ladder of growth, and encouraged everyone to face challenges with courage, constantly surpass themselves, and create a brilliant future.
Mentor meeting - speeches of representatives
Mr. Wang Libing, director of the Utilities Department, has been a mentor since 2022. In the past two years, he has taught his apprentices everything and cultivated qualified talents for the Company. As a representative of excellent tutors, he warmly welcomed the 2024 graduates, and promised to play the role of a good guide with all efforts so as to cultivate talents for the Company on an ongoing basis.
As the representative of the outstanding 2023 graduates, Huang Zongming of the Transportation Department shared his story with Zangge in the past year. He encouraged the younger students not to be afraid of failure and difficulties in their future work, but maintain their enthusiasm and focus on their work, and draw wisdom and strength from collaboration.
In order to strengthen the ideological enlightenment and life care of graduates, the Company has arranged class teachers for them. The three head teachers pledged to do their best to provide guidance and support for 2024 graduates.
Lou Xiaoyan, the representative of the 2024 graduates solemnly swore: with full enthusiasm, firm faith and pragmatic style, we will work diligently, strive hard and pursue unremittingly on the broad stage of Zangge Group to jointly write a more brilliant chapter for the Group!

Mentoring is a way of the inheritance of experience, the relay of wisdom, and the interweaving of responsibility and trust. The signing of the agreement is the transmission of responsibility and mission, the fire of trust and hope, and also the witness of the deep friendship and future cooperation between mentors and apprentices.
Workshop visit
On the next day of the training, the graduates visited the production workshops of ZGP and ZGL. Under the guidance of the professionals, the graduates got more knowledge on the production process of the Company’s products, and touched by the rigorous work attitude of Zangge people.
Theoretical training
For graduates who have just entered the workplace, a solid theoretical foundation is an indispensable cornerstone of their future career. In this connection, the Human Resources Department has developed a series of theoretical training courses for helping graduates build a systematic knowledge system and lay a solid foundation for their career development.
After the successful conclusion of the three-day training, the graduates are no longer fresh faces, but Zangge People full of passion and dreams. One of the graduates said: Thanks for this valuable learning opportunity given by the Company, it made me realize the importance of combining theory with practice and greatly increased my understanding of the Company and my confidence in the future development. As a part of the Company, in addition to solidly mastering professional skills, I also need to cultivate a high sense of responsibility and mission, actively participate in various work, and contribute my youth and strength to the development of the Company.
