In order to further improve the overall technical level of the Company’s technicians and front-line workers, the Technology Research and Development Department carried out phase diagram analysis and phase diagram theoretical calculation system training for the Production Management Department (Mining Workshop), the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the Technology Research and Development Department and the new employees in 2024 in the Office Building of the Lake Area on July 17.

The training was delivered by Yan Xiuying and Li Yumei from the Technology Research and Development Department. The training covers the theoretical basis of sale-water system phase diagram, phase diagram drawing, brine drying process based on the brine analysis data of Qerhan Salt Lake, and saltpan drying phase diagram calculation. Based on the Manual of Saltpan Drying issued by ZGP, the trainers closely connected with actual production practice, gave lectures on how to use the phase diagram theory to guide the operation of saltpan drying more efficiently, and systematically elaborated the specific application of four elements of salt-water system in the production process. During the training, through a variety of teaching methods, theoretical content was combined with practical operation in a hierarchical manner, so that employees could gradually become familiar with the application of phase diagram in the production process.

Through the training, the professional skills of the Company’s technicians and front-line workers are effectively improved, and the atmosphere of the training site was active, which significantly enhanced the overall understanding of the Company’s production process by new and old employees. After the training, through the establishment of a phase diagram learning WeChat group for data sharing as well as online and offline interactive learning, the learning atmosphere of competing, learning, catching up and surpassing was realized, and good training results were achieved.
