The internship was divided into two parts: theoretical learning and practical learning. In the process of theoretical learning, the Company invited industry experts such as Deputy Director Li Guangjun, Deputy Director Zhang Teng of Workshop 8, and Deputy Director Zhu Wenlong of the Mining Workshop to give technical lectures to discuss hot issues in the development of the potash fertilizer industry with the students. They also answered the questions encountered by the students in the school classroom learning. In the process of practical learning, the students successively went to different production processes and key production links such as mining workshop and potash fertilizer production workshop for practical operation. Their practice covered the development of front-end resources to production workshop and product quality inspection, this enabled them with a clear understanding of the strategic position and process flow of potash production.
