On April 11, 2024, the Mayor of Vientiane, Laos, Mr. Atsaphangthong Siphandone, sent a letter to express his sincere thanks for the reception of the Company during his visit to the Company for investigation and research activities, and highly affirmed the achievements of the exchange event in the letter.

The letter mentioned that this event has made a significant contribution to promoting exchanges and cooperative relations between China and Laos, and is also an important boost to promote the Company’s potash mining project in Vientiane City. In the letter, the delegation of Vientiane Municipal Government spoke highly of the technical strength of the Company in potash mining, as well as the Company’s huge potential for exploration and development. They hoped to achieve substantial results in future cooperation projects, so that the cooperation could become a role model and benchmark for foreign projects invested in Vientiane, and become an important part of effectively promoting the economic and social development of Vientiane.
