In a time when the Spring Festival is approaching, the weather is cold but the care is warm. Recently, the Company’s Trade Union carried out warmth activities with the feelings and responsibilities of a member from the natal family, giving emotional warmth and spiritual encouragement to the employees, and effectively improving the “temperature” of the wellbeing of the employees and the masses with multiple initiatives.

01 Visit to the front-line workers in the lake Area

Since the beginning of winter, the Company’s front-line employees have stayed on duty despite of the cold weather. The Company always care for its employees, especially those on the front-line, and takes measures to enhance their cohesion, sense of gain and sense of belonging. On February 1, the Trade Union issued nut gift packages to more than 300 front-line workers on duty during the Spring Festival, with a total amount of more than RMB 50,000.

The on-site employees said that they really felt the care of the Trade Union and leaders for the front-line employees from this condolence, and they will continue to work hard and take their responsibilities in the new year, be proactive in their roles and contribute to the development of Zangge.

02 Visit to poverty-stricken families in Xinhua Village

On January 26, the staff of the Trade Union visited two poverty-stricken families, sending them rice, flour, edible oil, milk and other daily necessities, along with New Year’s blessings and greetings.

At the home of Tang Xingyuan, a person in need, the staff asked about the family income and health status, and encouraged them to always maintain a self-reliance, self-confidence, and self-improvement mentality, and to rely on their own efforts to live a prosperous life with the support of the Party, the government, and all walks of life.

Next, the Trade Union will continue to enhance benefit for masses, address their concerns, and deliver results for their well-being with practical actions, and will regard the support work as part of the priorities for serving and connecting masses.
